Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect these categories of personal information:

• Identifiers and contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile number and business details you enter when you book a walkthrough or use our contact form.
• Booking details: the time you pick, your time zone and the answers you give in the booking form.
• Internet or device activity, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, visit timing and referring URL.
• Attribution information from links and campaigns, including UTM values and Facebook and Google click identifiers.
• Communications you choose to send us.

Where you came from, and for how long we remember it

When you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, your browser stores its campaign values on this site so a walkthrough you book later is credited to the right source. We remember the ad or link a visitor most recently came from for 90 days and the first one for 2 years, then the visit counts as direct.

These values live in your own browser's storage for goagencyos.com. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them. When you book, they travel with your booking as described below.

Advertising and measurement

Meta Pixel. When the Meta Pixel is enabled, visit and conversion data, including a completed booking, may be shared with Meta Platforms, Inc. for measurement, attribution and cross-context behavioural advertising. Our browser and server events use Meta's Limited Data Use controls. We do not enable this tracking when the required configuration is absent.

Microsoft Clarity. When enabled, Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and may produce session replays and heatmaps. We use it to understand and improve the site. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy statement.

Cloudflare. Cloudflare hosts goagencyos.com and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and performance without cookies.

Booking a walkthrough

Cal.com. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com receives your name, email address, chosen time, time zone and booking answers, together with the campaign values described above, and sends your confirmation and reminders.

Zoom. The walkthrough runs on Zoom. Zoom processes meeting data, such as your name, email address and connection details, under its own privacy statement.

Email follow-up. We use your email address to confirm, reschedule or follow up on your walkthrough. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or writing to the address below.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and tick one or both text-message consent boxes on our contact form, Studio4Motion LLC DBA GoAgency OS sends you text messages from +1 (424) 622-8823: demo bookings, appointment reminders and account updates, and, only if you ticked the marketing box, occasional offers. Ticking a box is optional and never a condition of anything else. Reply STOP to any message to stop, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we protect your information, and your rights

Security. We protect personal information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our site and forms, access limited to the people who need it to serve you, and vendors bound to their own security programs.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to access, update or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. For text messages, reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe or HELP for help. For everything else, write to tom@goagencyos.net.

Your Privacy Choices

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honoured automatically. When your browser sends the GPC signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel or send browser conversion events to Meta. You can also use the Your Privacy Choices section on this page to understand this opt-out and keep GPC enabled in your browser.
