Terms & Conditions

Text messages: what you will receive

Studio4Motion LLC DBA GoAgency OS sends text messages from +1 (424) 622-8823 to people who tick a consent box on our contact form. Non-marketing messages cover demo bookings, appointment reminders and account updates. Marketing messages, sent only if you ticked the marketing box, cover special offers, discounts and service updates. Consent is optional and is never a condition of booking or buying anything.

Who can join

The GoAgency OS text-message program is for business owners aged 18 or older in the United States and Canada. By ticking a consent box you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission.

How to stop, and how to get help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (424) 622-8823. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at tom@goagencyos.net.

Carriers, rates and frequency

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages about your demo bookings, appointments and account as they happen, and no more than a few marketing messages a month if you ticked the marketing box. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy: goagencyos.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
